Adam Green, political scientist and veteran California political reporter, talks about this year’s race for California congressional district 13.

California’s 13th district is one of the most competitive in the state. It’s one of three congressional districts in California where the Democrat’s edge in fundraising is larger–and the Republican’s edge in votes is smaller.

The race between Democratic incumbent John Duarte and Republican Adam Gray, an attorney from Los Angeles, is one of the most competitive seats in the country.

California’s 13th congressional district includes parts of Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

A lot could happen over the next couple of weeks in this district.

The primary will be held on March 4. The primary will be the first major local contest of California’s U.S. House race.

California’s congressional district 13: Election 2018 begins March 3. A total of 26 candidates will file to run for the 13th district seat.

The district has had a Republican incumbent in the past. But Republicans can’t seem to win in this district. They’ve struggled to win the district’s presidential vote since 1994.

“I think the Republicans have had more success on the presidential level, but it’s been more about a winning strategy for the last two or three years rather than a winning strategy or a losing strategy in the 13th congressional district,” said UCLA political science professor Adam Green.

Democratic incumbent John Duarte, of San Diego, faces the challenge of running against Republican Adam Gray, of Los Angeles.

Republican Adam Gray, of Los Angeles, is a former attorney with experience working on legal affairs in Washington. He represents the area in the U.S. Treasury Department.

Gray and his father, Richard, founded a company called Blythe and Company in 1959. The firm’s business was dealing in real estate and real estate-related services.

John Duarte, of San Diego, is a veteran. He served in the U.S.
